Our return and refund policy is valid for 07 days from the date you receive the product. If it has been more than 07 days since you received the product, we will not be able to provide return or refund services.

We will provide return, exchange or refund service if the following conditions are met

Damaged/defective/lost diamonds➡Can be returned or refunded

Wrong style/color/size ➡ Return or refund

Order not delivered/more than 30-45 days ➡ Free re-shipment or refund

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must have its original packaging,
A complete video from unpacking to the end (no editing) must be provided.

Note: Returns and refunds will not be accepted without an unboxing video.

The product has been used or damaged due to personal factors and is without original packaging or proof of purchase.
No unboxing video that complies with the regulations was provided.
Special products, discounted products, etc. (please refer to the third clause below) are not accepted for return or exchange.

The following types of products are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Gift Cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care products (such as masks, personal hygiene products, etc.
  • Goods that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer due to personal reasons
  • Special offers, end-of-season sales, and limited-time discounts.

Please confirm the product type before purchasing to avoid affecting your return rights.
Returns are supported, but buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • The supplier does not support returns → Direct refund or provide coupon compensation.
